Interval & HIIT timer

Describe the workout. The ring draws itself.

Type "3 rounds of 40 on 20 off, then 2 min cooldown" and the whole session appears as one ring under the field, with every work and rest interval a visible arc. Tap it to fine-tune, or press Start.

The timer is free forever. Arc Premium is one payment of $9.99, not a subscription, nothing to cancel.

The Arc home screen: a describe-a-workout field reading "3 rounds of 40 on 20 off, then 2 min cooldown", the session drawn below it as a ring of orange work arcs, mint rest arcs and a blue cooldown arc, with Tabata, HIIT, Boxing, EMOM and AMRAP presets underneath.

One shape, one number, one colour that means one thing

Most interval timers make you build the workout twice: once in your head, once in a form full of steppers. Arc takes the sentence.

Describe it instead of building it

No steppers, no forms. Write the workout the way you would say it out loud, in your own language. "Tabata x8". "EMOM 12". "20 min AMRAP". Arc shows you what it understood before anything starts.

Snap the gym whiteboard

Point the camera at the board, at a coach's post, at a screenshot. The text is read on your phone and turned into intervals. The photo is never saved and never leaves the device.

Arc Premium

It runs with the screen off

On iPhone the timer lives on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: countdown, round, phase, pause and skip. On Android it is a home-screen widget and a notification you can drive. Put the phone in your pocket and keep moving.

Read it from the floor

Work floods the screen red, rest floods it mint, and the number is enormous. You can read it from two metres away, face down on a mat, without your glasses.

Every mode, free

Intervals, Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP and fully custom sequences: any number of intervals, rounds and sets, with prep, set rest and cooldown. Beep, voice and haptic cues, playing over your music instead of stopping it.

Fifteen languages

English, Hebrew, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish and Chinese, including the field you describe the workout in and the spoken cues.

The timer is free. Forever.

Nothing inside a running workout is ever locked. Arc monetises the things you reach for after the first week, not the Start button.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no login and no server. Your workouts, history and settings live on your device only.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, all of it. Arc never needs a connection to run a workout.

Is Arc Premium a subscription?

No. It is a single $9.99 purchase through the App Store or Google Play. There is nothing to cancel, and restoring it on a new device is free.

I bought Premium and switched phones.

Use "Restore purchases" in Settings, signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from (Apple or Google), not by us. Email arc@benbasha.com if you are stuck and we will point you at the right form.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything is stored on the device, so that removes all of it. Details in the privacy policy.
